Meredith East-Powell

Meredith is an Accredited Practising Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine. She is passionate about using evidence-based nutrition practices with a whole foods approach, combined with lifestyle strategies that are tailored to the individual. Meredith is also a qualified yoga teacher and understands the importance of regular movement and meditation in supporting those living with chronic conditions.
