Meet the speaker
Francesca Sills
Francesca is an experienced Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping people get the most out of their health and exercise journeys. Her approach emphasises longevity, holistic health, and breaking down the unique barriers that can make achieving optimal wellness feel out of reach. Francesca's main area of passion is supporting women through Menopause (and beyond!), closely followed by assisting individuals in managing and overcoming back pain. Education is a cornerstone of her practice and she loves empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their long term wellbeing. Francesca has worked within a range of settings throughout her career including an 18-month period in London. Beyond her degree, she has additional training in pilates and yoga, enhancing her ability to deliver comprehensive and versatile programs tailored to individual needs.
