Meet the speaker 

Zoe Power

Accredited Practicing Dietitian & Accredited Sports Dietitian

Zoe Power is an Accredited Sports Dietitian based in Clayfield, Brisbane, and the founder of The Power Project, created to empower adolescents and young adults to fuel their passion while supporting health, performance and happiness.

Her own history as an elite gymnast shaped her understanding of nourishing both body and mind. Zoe knows the pressures athletes face to perform at their best and how this can sometimes lead to confusion, burnout or a complicated relationship with food. Her work is rooted in compassion, science and respect for each individual’s unique journey.

Through coaching gymnastics, Zoe stays connected to athlete development and is passionate about supporting a generation of athletes who can thrive in both sport and life. She works with athletes across many sports including gymnastics, dance, AFL, football, water polo and swimming, providing evidence-based strategies to optimise performance, support recovery, manage injury and promote long-term health.

Beyond sport, Zoe brings this expertise to the broader context of women’s health, helping women of all ages build confidence, find balance with food and develop sustainable nutrition habits that support both their lifestyle and wellbeing.
