Dr Kassia Beetham, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Anita Hobson-Powell Scholarship recipient, whose research is transforming how we view movement throughout pregnancy and beyond. From examining how exercise affects the placenta to tailoring postpartum recovery, her findings challenge long-held assumptions, and offer new hope for safer, healthier pregnancies.
