Pregnancy & Exercise is designed to give practitioners understanding of the main concerns and considerations when working with apparently healthy women throughout pregnancy. This course will leave you with the confidence to work with a range of pregnancy-related changes safely and effectively, as well as challenge your exercise prescription skills.

Meet the educator

Kiara Roscio 

(AEP, AES, ESSAM, M.WomHMed)

Kiara is the director of Seed Exercise Physiology, Adelaide's leading and specialist women's health exercise physiology and integrative health clinic. She is also the SA Ambassador of The Women's Health Collective - and brings her expertise and passion for working with women to the class room!
After completing her bachelors degree, she quickly realised the lack and need for female specific and specialist health services – this is where Seed begins. Kiara went on to study my masters degree in women’s health medicine to further her knowledge on the female body, allowing her to provide highly educated and innovative care to women. As well as seeing clients, Kiara has the privilege of teaching at university and is involved in conducting new research in women’s health, endeavouring to do my part in closing the gender data gap.
